The best way that I can think of celebrating Hydrogen Day is to tell a real story about one of our hydrogen systems. Our EmPower Lite is Hydrogen powered UPS system that provides up to 160 kW of seamless, carbon-free primary or backup power for data centers, airports, transportation, and more. It’s now on its way to New Zealand helping their communication and transport infrastructure lower their carbon footprint.

September 13, 2024 (Reno, NV) – The Rebelle Rally is proud to announce its continued partnership with Salt Lake City-based Renewable Innovations (RI), marking the fifth year of collaboration. This year, Renewable Innovations will power the rally's remote basecamp exclusively with advanced solar energy systems, reflecting the rally’s commitment to sustainable, off-grid energy solutions.

The ACT Expo, held this past May in Las Vegas, is billed as the largest advanced commercial vehicle technology show. As a long-time exhibitor, I can tell you that it’s a valid claim. With nearly 500 exhibitors and 12,000+ attendees, it’s an impressive array of expertise and equipment. Over four days, I had the opportunity to speak to potential customers at our exhibit, featuring our H2-Powered Mobile Power Generator, as well as 1:1 meetings with partners and other industry leaders. I attended many of the keynotes and visited as many of the exhibitors as time would allow. Here’s a few things I learned that I think are important for our association and indusry at large.

Renewable Innovations, a firm dedicated to clean, green renewable power solutions, and e-Link Commuting Co. Ltd (eLC), a company transforming human and package mobility on the water, announced a collaboration to develop a new class of electric waterway vessels, powered entirely by sustainable energy.

The latest mission for the MEC-S (Mobile Energy Command - Solar) was in American Fork, Utah. The MEC-S took on the role of powering food trucks, booths, lighting, and other activities. No generator fumes, noise, or fuel and exhaust odor while visitors enjoy the beautiful park and friends. A first! A clean green carbon-free city festival.

Renewable Innovations takes another step forward on its path to create a greener and cleaner future with Hydrogen together with Aicon Yachts. The new collaboration aims to deliver a more sustainable yachting experience by eliminating the usage of diesel generators on yachts while anchored and reducing dockside electrical grid requirements.

It is a real privilege to be a member of the New Zealand Hydrogen Council and it was both exciting and very informative to attend the first H2-2-Zero Hydrogen Summit in Wellington, Aotearoa New Zealand in May 2022.

The two-day summit was the brainchild of Dr. Linda Wright (CEO of the Hydrogen Council) and because of various COVID-19 delays, it has been more than two years in the pipeline. It was certainly well worth the wait.

Over the two days, we heard from leading industry experts from all over the world as well as plenty of homegrown talent from Aotearoa New Zealand.

Today, Quantum Fuel Systems (Quantum), a fully integrated alternative energy company, and Renewable Innovations, a firm dedicated to clean, green Hydrogen power solutions, announced a partnership to bring to market new solutions for Hydrogen distribution.

Today we’re excited to announce our collaboration with GM to accelerate our vision of a greener, cleaner future. Multiple development projects involving the MPG are already in process, including a demonstration of the technology as a mobile charging station for EVs funded in part by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Ground Vehicle Systems Center.

He showing visually the scale of hyperscale data centers that are being built and will needed in the next few years. The current diesel generators are not viable with respect to the impact of carbon footprint and the commitment by Microsoft to be carbon negative by 2030 (and not using diesel).

At Renewable Innovations, our mission is to deliver clean renewable energy anytime, anywhere. A remarkable example of this mission in action was delivering EV charge for an off-road EV competition across 2,500 km of Nevada/California desert while also powering a small village as it moved daily across the desert.
